My expertise over the last 30 years has been in functional movement analysis and more importantly clinical application development. I started my career as a researcher at the American Sports Medicine Institute in 1991, followed by a position as Director of Sports Research at the BioMotion Foundation/Orthopeadic Research Laboratory at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach.  In 1996 I left research to start my first clinical biomechanics company, Human Performance Technologies.  In 2002 I started a spin off company Welch-e Technologies which focused more on B2B software application development and IP licensing.  Finally I co-founded ZenoLink LLC in 2010 to create a more direct to consumer motion analysis based performance-injury assessment product using a web based platform.

Over the last 30 years through each of my three ventures, I have provided motion capture, biomechanics and clinical integration services to some of the top sports/sport medicine/healthcare organizations including Expos, Marlins, Braves, Rays, Tigers, Yankees, Twins, Cubs, IMG, David Leadbetter Golf Academies, Gray Cook, Mark Verstegen, Greg Rose, Driveline Baseball, Rick Strickland Baseball, Arkansas Razorbacks , Louisville Cardinals, Duke University, USA Diving, K-Vest, BodiTrak, 4D Motion, Blast Motion, Akron Children’s Hospital, Lourdes/Ascension Healthcare.
